Cancellation Policy

  1. Order Changes & Cancellations

    • You may modify or cancel your order within 30 minutes of placement, provided the kitchen has not begun preparation.

    • After 30 minutes, once your order is confirmed or being prepared, cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  2. How to Cancel

    • To request a cancellation, please email us at anubhavfoods@gmail.com or call our customer service line at +91 7005545771, quoting your order number.

    • We appreciate prompt cancellation requests to ensure your refund (if applicable) is processed efficiently.

  3. Refund Process

    • If your cancellation is accepted before food preparation begins, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    • If the order is already in preparation, no refund will typically be issued, except under special circumstances or at our discretion.

  4. No-Show & Unclaimed Deliveries

    • If our delivery team cannot reach you at the specified time and location despite multiple attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order without issuing a refund.

  5. Subscription or Recurring Orders

    • For recurring or subscription orders, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next delivery date to avoid being charged or receiving the order.

  6. Exceptions & Discretion

    • In rare cases—such as delivery failures or kitchen errors—where we are at fault, Anubhav Foods may choose to issue a partial or full refund at our discretion, or offer a replacement or credit.
